Saggu Biyyam Vadiyalu

Saggu biyyam is made from the starch extracted from the sago palm or tapioca root (known as Kuppa Metlu in Telugu).

It looks like small white pearls and becomes soft and transparent when soaked or cooked.

It’s easily digestible, gives instant energy, and is often eaten during fasting (vrat) days.
